Alexander was born in London, raised in Fort Lauderdale, educated at Harvard, and birthed in New York City… Alexander has played many different roles, worked many different jobs and lived through many different lives.
From religious conversion experiences beginning at age 17, Alexander was drawn irresistibly through the regions of “born-again” Christianity and then, after Harvard, to a Roman Catholic Seminary. From there, with degrees in social theory and catholic theology, he came to New York for a job in IT consulting… and found, irresistible, the nightlife, of the city that never sleeps.
Then one day, while traveling in India, he found his poem already written almost word-for-word by Jalaluddin Rumi.
Alexander currently lives in Yonkers with his lovely partner Arul and their children Naturale Dominique and Seven Lightening. He and Arul have together opened sanavita: center for holistic cleansing. www.sanavita.org Alexander may be reached via email at alexander@sanavita.org
